- Create/upload accounts from the Microsoft MAL List in CRM, and other data bases provided by the Marketing lead.
- Ensure all Accounts have industry field filled out as well as primary contact created in CRM Dynamics.
- In alignment with Business Development Associate, ensure accounts, contacts and leads are being created.
- We’ll start a kick-off meeting to provide instructions, objectives, expectations and deadlines.
- We’ll provide a training for the students to learn Dynamics CRM functionalities, the features we have available, as well as how our sales and prospecting process work.
- We’ll walk the students through the process of creating account, contacts and leads in Dynamics CRM.
- VNEXT iQ will provide all necessary documentation and access.
- We’ll meet weekly/bi-weekly to sync on blockers, help needed, answer questions and to check on progress.
