Details

Please review MGBS AFAQs prior to moving forward.

- Baselining Existing Blooming & Harvesting Yields for flowers & vegetables

- Identifying vital parameters to understand multiple variance contribution (s) to fertility

- Quantifying methodology with yields to comprehend opportunities for higher soil fertility

- Conducting minimum experiments in-house to generate real data from local nurseries

- Illustrating live examples of increased yields for flower blooming & vegetable harvesting

- Modeling data to test hypotheses for soil fertility for increased flower & vegetable yields

End Game - Predicting Soil Fertility as a function of multiple parameters enhances probability of high yield flower blooming & vegetable harvest.

Deliverables

Please review MGBS AFAQs prior to moving forward.

Tasks:

- Baseline Existing Blooming and Harvesting Yields for flowers & vegetables

- Identify vital parameters to understand multiple variance contribution (s)

- Quantify methodology with yields to comprehend opportunities for high soil fertility

- Conduct few experiments in-house or generating real data from local or other nurseries

- Illustrate live examples of increased yields for flower blooming & vegetable harvesting

- Model data to test hypotheses for soil fertility for increased flower & vegetable yields

Learners will:

a => Research for data on existing Blooming and Harvesting Yields for flowers & vegetables.

b => Identify influencing variables to achieve high blooming yield and short times in horticultural and agricultural process by nation.

c => Quantify influencing variables to determine specifications and threshold levels for different stages of the Horticultural and Agricultural that have posed as bottleneck (s) over the past vaccine development lifecycles from development to manufacturing to distribution.

c1 => Lab scale design of experiments at a very simple level will be the only physical task conducted by students under the tutelage of IP with planning for the least experiments and maximized outcome. Any costs and logistics associated with sourcing of such materials will be borne by IP to prevent any burden for the students. [Please refer to image uploaded on the file section of this Project page]

d => Animate the entire Vaccine turnkey process either using an animation software or Power Point where it has the animation feature for a visual presentation process. The animation would include solutions to date on how the process was de-bottlenecked by various types of improvements over time.

e => Illustrate real entire Vaccine turnkey process where this de-bottlenecking has been achieved. Illustration needs to be done using data to display defects, delays & deviations

f => Report results on a few chosen Vaccine Process Protocol breakthroughs to date.

Mentorship
  1. Coaching on task creation, completion and presentation to executive management.
  2. Mentoring to adapt the MGBS methodology of problem solving.
  3. Instruction on Pre-Planned meetings to enhance Project progress for overall success.
  4. Rendering an enjoyable journey toward the final destination.

As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 31 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011. I converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people. I am thankful to my mentor (s), past employers, and my professional network members without which most achievements would have been impossible.
