Working with Amanda was such a rewarding experience. From day 1, she treated me with respect and as a valued member of her team. I felt empowered and part of the TAPP team, not 'just an intern'. Amanda 'showed me the ropes' of the early stages of a start-up. She handed off the reigns for several critical functions allowing for me to tackle the problem and solve it while exposing me to so many new areas that I've never seen before. Amanda was available for any and all questions. I would highly recommend any intern to work with her and TAPP!!
