Learners
- One or more social media or blog posts written from their perspective or reframing existing academic research
- Written content for informational brochures for diverse audiences
- Written communication plans for community outreach
- Research reports (introductory level) summarizing community needs or trends
- Organized presentations on social service topics
Deliverables are negotiable and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization.

Requirements
- Write a series of social media posts for an organization's web presence (with or without basic artwork as is available through free Canva.com or similar free tools)
- Write a blog post for a social service or health organization's website
- Create an informational brochure for a community health event
- Analyze and report on social service and health trends in a specific demographic
- Organize and present findings from an existing community needs assessment, for example
- Reframe existing educational materials for a multicultural audience
- Prepare informal survey questions (without conducting research) on a topic of importance to the organization
