Springboard designers are at the very end of their 6-9 month UI/UX Design curriculum, mentor guided, and come from careers in varying industries before enrolling in our UI/UX Design program to make career pivots or upskill.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the course to review the project scope.

You will allow the designers to show and discuss their work in job search materials. Redactions of specific confidential information are permitted.

A representative of the company will be available for a weekly check in meeting during the collaboration, and reasonably responsive to unblock the design team as needed.
