Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from University of California, Riverside to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will focus on three milestones:


1 Understand how trust model works and build one for the virtual company

2 Identify the communication gap and create harmony and unity.

3 Focus on Negotiation and understand the need of stakeholders.

Deliverables are negotiable, and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization. 


  • The outcomes will be improved relations with all stakeholders using the Trust Model, Unite Model and Win-Win Model.

Project Examples

Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.


Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 


  • Creating a 8C Trust Model for Internal and External Stakeholders, which will enhance better transparency, and relationship.
  • Improved communication, which will create better understanding and the UNITE Model will improve short term as well as focus on long term company deliverables.
  • Negotiation will come through designing a Win-Win Model for stakeholders.
