These students are trained to analyze and improve individual and group dynamics within organizations. They bring insights from psychology, sociology, and other disciplines to address real-world business challenges. Through this collaboration, employers will gain fresh perspectives on organizational practices while helping students apply their knowledge in practical settings. Employers are expected to communicate regularly, provide project details, attend the final presentation, and offer feedback through the Riipen platform.
The final deliverable will include:
- A comprehensive description of the organization’s context and the challenge.
- A set of 10-12 actionable recommendations tailored to the organization’s needs.
- A presentation summarizing the findings, best practices, and proposed strategies.
Students are available to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if required to protect your organization's confidential information.

Project Examples
As part of the experiential learning platform, students will collaborate with employers to tackle specific organizational challenges. Each project will thoroughly analyze the selected topic, including a compilation of best practices from similar organizations or industries. The students will review existing research to understand what has worked well in comparable settings and why.
Employers can choose from the following topics:
- Develop recommendations to enhance the job satisfaction of the employees.
- Create strategies to foster a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
- Suggest ways to increase the motivation of the employees.
- Propose strategies for promoting work-life balance for the employees.
- Recommend wellness programs or activities that encourage healthy habits
- Develop strategies to boost employee engagement
Note: This list is not exhaustive and can be adjusted based on discussions with the employer to better meet the organization’s specific needs and goals.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
